Every cushion is patterned from your sample or technical drawing, then cut and sewn in our Zhejiang facility with in-line quality control at every stage.
Garden furniture lives outdoors. Our patio cushions use solution-dyed acrylic covers rated for years of UV exposure, with high-resilience foam cores that hold their shape through daily use. Hidden zippers let covers come off for washing, and tie straps or non-slip backing keep cushions seated through wind and use.
Every programme starts with a specification call: you send dimensions, fabric preference and target volume, and we return patterning options, indication pricing and a production lead time. Samples are produced on the same line as bulk orders, so the cushion you approve is the cushion you receive.
